Developed with special technology and unique additives, this product is manufactured in pellet form to provide excellent dispersion. It is used in fiber applications where dispersion is critical, and the high tensile strength of the product is important.
Application
Non woven fabrics, Multi Filaments, Mono Filaments, Film application etc, .
Samtone Industries recently achieved success in manufacturing Mono Colour Concentrates in pellet form, with pigment loadings of 40% to 50% mono organic pigments. Organic pigments, such as phthalocyanine, azo, disazo, quinacridone, etc., are generally challenging to disperse in polymer at higher concentrations.
The formation of aggregates and agglomerates can lead to poor dispersion in film applications and screen blockages in mono and multifilament applications when higher concentrations are required.
Our Company develops Mono Colour Concentrates using special technology and unique additives to ensure excellent dispersion.
Our mono colour concentrates are used in applications where good dispersion is crucial, such as in fiber applications where master batch dispersion is critical, and high tensile strength of the fiber is important. This helps prevent screen plugging and enhances rheology.
Samtone Industries exports 90% of the total production of mono colour concentrates.
Special Advantages of Mono Colour Concentrate are:
Mono colour concentrate masterbatches are 100% dust-free, so cleaning costs and material wastage are minimized. They produce minimal waste because no residue remains in packaging, resulting in the shortest cleaning times.
Mono colour concentrate masterbatches have high coloring strength, and consequently, their addition levels are low. This way, coloring costs can be minimized.
They provide excellent dispersion and reduce screen plugging compared to any other coloring material.
Mono colour concentrate requires low energy to disperse in the given polymer at low shear.
Mono colour concentrate has low energy consumption.
